One to One Dog Training
All training offered is at the owner and dogs’ pace, and most of the training I offer is as a one-to-one service tailored to you and your dog’s specific needs.
Perfect dog in class but not at home?
I offer training in your own home environment to encourage the dog to continue working for you long after the training has finished. As dogs are situational learners, in my experience classes that are held away from the dogs regular environment often do not lead to the same behaviours being shown outside of the class.
One to one sessions can be offered both during the day and evening depending on availability, some weekends can also be accommodated,
How does a home training session work?
All my training programmes are bespoke, depending on the individual needs of my clients. Home visits start with a consultation session looking at what the requirements for training are, and includes instruction (or refresher) on how to use a clicker for positive training correctly.
From this session we then agree a training plan which will include one to one training with me and plenty of homework for you to do with your dog in between meeting! Your programme is designed to fit not only your needs but also the amount of time you have available for training and your budget.
